I am a certified Usui III/Holy Fire Reiki Master, Certified Spiritual Life Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and Somatic Revitalization Practitioner. My Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University educated me in Kinesiology for dancers, Pilates, Yoga and Alexander Technique. 

I utilize my dynamic education in the modalities of mind, body and soul to create a Holistic approach to healing. 

I have created Soma Light to provide a space that encourages wellness on all fronts while teaching each individual how to communicate with their body. 

It is my goal to help you discover your truest expression of self through re-claiming your body's innate wisdom.
