I am a Dancer, certified Usui III/Holy Fire Reiki Master, Certified Spiritual Life Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and Somatic Revitalization Practitioner. 

My Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University instilled a unique foundation of Kinesiology for dancers, Pilates, Yoga, and Alexander Technique that influence how I approach my sessions today. 

I have always been a deep feeler with an immense passion for expression and creativity. For years, I was overwhelmed with anxiety, chronic fatigue, insecurities, eating disorders, and a lack of knowing who I was or who I wanted to be. 

After deciding to dive into a deep understanding of my life's experiences, I began to expose a vast overlap between my beliefs, my nervous system, my energy, and my emotions. 

Through years of self-healing and dedicated research, I have created a unique wellness practice that holistically promotes wellness on all fronts. 

I have created Soma Light to provide a safe space that encourages each individual to reclaim their power, while rediscovering the magic of feeling in their bodies. 

It is my goal to help you discover your truest essence and creativity through your body's innate wisdom.
