Soma Flow Wellness Workshops are designed to assist in enhancing the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of attendees. In our 90 min. workshops, we cover techniques and practices to guide and deepen the connection between mind and body through a symphony of practices in Somatic movement (internal awareness of the body), dance, breath, and mindfulness. Practices taught may be perfect for daily use to improve body awareness and assist in nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, mental clarity, and improvement of overall well-being.
